PAYROLLING SERVICES:

At your request, Albion IT Staffing will "payroll" an individual you have identified to work in your company.  Albion issues the paychecks, calculates and pays the tax withholdings, and is responsible for any disability, unemployment, or workers compensation claims filed by that employee. The only thing you have to do is tell us when to begin paying the employee and when to stop. It's that simple!   Our Payrolling Service may be a valuable management tool for you under the following conditions:

• When budget constraints place a strict limit on department headcount, Albion's Payrolling Service enables you to add a person to your team without officially increasing payroll.

• When you would like to evaluate a candidate on-the-job before officially hiring him or her.

• When you want to employ a person for a specified term only. Our Payrolling Services frees you of the paperwork of adjusting your payroll records.
